
Parents of children with ASD or developmental delays always found it difficult to improve their children’s toilet training and eating habits, which are the most essential life skills for the children to live with. Particularly for toileting training, there are many non-scientifically and unproved methods prevailed which may cause confusion to the parents and lead to the undesirable effect. In addition, many parents are with concern of how to help their children with a serious aversion to many food to overcome avoidance and pickiness on food.
In celebration of the 20th anniversary of establishment of the AP Hong Kong, AP Korea invited two ASD experts with rich experiences on providing expertized solutions to the above problems that many parents concerned with. Through the conference, parents can learn how the APM is applied to the toilet training and eating habits with video examples.
