Dr. Harold Sia

Dr. Jan Harold Sia is a fellow of the Philippine Society for Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrics, and is board certified in developmental-behavioral pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics.

He obtained his medical degree at the University of the Philippines Manila in 2002. He did his residency in Pediatrics at the State University of New York-Health Science Center in Brooklyn, NY and continued his three-year fellowship training in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics at Yale-New Haven Medical Center, Yale School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut. He is also trained in specific parenting programs from the Yale Child Study Center, and the Yale Parenting Center & Child Conduct Clinic, which include Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Parent Management Training, and Parent Training for disruptive behaviors in Autism Spectrum Disorders. After his fellowship he joined the Yale School of Medicine Faculty as a Clinical Instructor before coming home to the Philippines. In his private practice at Manila Doctors Hospital and Makati Medical Center, he evaluates and treats children with a wide range of developmental and behavioral problems, including those related to foster care and adoption.
