Our team of consultants are comprised of doctorate and master degree holders and Board Certified Behavior Analysts with an average of 10 years of experience in planning implementing ABA intensive Behavioral Treatment. Other than local families, they also consult to families and agencies in other countries.

Tracee Parker (Ph.D., BCBA)
AP Consultant

Tracee Parker began a career in the field of ABA research and treatment for people with Autism and Developmental Disabilities in 1979. Addressing social/sexual challenges (i.e., development, education, intervention, victimization) and misperceptions among practitioners have driven her focus. Her predoctoral training/experience subsumed five years working with Ivar Lovaas on the UCLA Young Autism Project, and contribution to research studies, including long term treatment of young autistic children. Since earning a doctorate in 1990, her professional endeavors encompassed: Publications as well as presentations, training, and consultation (domestic and international) to a range of agencies, school districts and families. Tracee has served as a Clinical Associate with Autism Partnership since 1997.</p>

Daeun Son (M.Sc., BCBA)
Site director

Daeun Son has a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She joined Autism Partnership in 2013 when we established our first office in Seoul. She has been since accrued extensive experience under the tutelage of Dr. Tracee Parker, Toby Mountjoy, and Dr. David Fischer in developing Applied Behavior Analysis programs for children with ASD. Besides overseeing the Autism Partnership Korea office, she is also responsible for training therapists, mentoring supervisors, speaking for the internal and external workshops as well as consulting and training parents. She is the Site Director of AP Seoul center since August 2020.

Sukyung Hwang (BA)
Program Supervisor

Sukyung Hwang is a graduate of Pusan National University. She joined Autism Partnership Korea in 2015 and has extensive experience in working with students in one-on-one and group settings. Currently, she is a program supervisor responsible for providing intensive individual case supervision, staff training, and parent education. Sukyung continues to develop her expertise and receives ongoing supervision from Dr. Tracee Parker (Ph.D – BCBA) – AP US, Toby Mountjoy (M. Sc. BCBA) – Director of AP and Daeun Son (M. Sc. BCBA) – AP Korea.

Heejin Lim (BA)
Program Supervisor

Ms. Heejin Lim is a graduate of Bachelor of Psychology from York University in Canada and also received certificate in Autism and Behavioural Science from George Brown College respectively. She joined Autism Partnership Korea in 2015 and has extensive experience with children on 1:1 intensive ABA. She developed and grew with AP expertise from a therapist to her current role as Program Supervisor. She not only has experience from our Korea Office but also worked as a Senior Behavior Therapist in AP Hong Kong in charge of 1:1 class and school shadowing program(s). She is continuously developing her expertise and receives ongoing supervision from Dr. Tracee Parker (Ph.D – BCBA) – AP US, Toby Mountjoy (M. Sc. BCBA) – Director of AP and Daeun Son (M. Sc. BCBA) – AP Korea.
